- 1 small (1/2 inch) piece of ginger, thinly sliced and unpeeled
- 1 tablespoon manuka honey
- 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
- Ground cinnamon to garnish
